Warranty Details:

Imperial Accessories
Imperial accessory products are warranted to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of one (1) year from the original date of purchase. If an accessory is found to have a manufacturing defect during the warranty period, Imperial will replace the item at no charge, subject to the terms of this warranty.

Care and Maintenance:

To keep your wall rack looking its best, we recommend the following care:

  • Dust regularly with a soft, dry cloth.
  • Avoid abrasive materials, harsh chemicals, or household cleaners, as they may damage the wood finish.
  • Avoid prolonged exposure to direct sunlight, excessive heat, or moisture, which may cause the wood or finish to fade, warp, or discolor.
  • Periodically check mounting hardware to ensure the wall rack remains securely fastened.
Return/Refund/Cancellation Policy:

Returns & Refunds

  • Most products may be returned for a refund or store credit within 30 days of delivery, provided the product is unused, in its original condition, and in its original packaging
  • Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. Products that are not returned in their original condition and packaging may not be eligible for a refund or credit.

Order Cancellation

  • Orders may be canceled at no charge before tracking information has been assigned and emailed to the customer
  • Once tracking information has been issued, a late cancellation fee equal to 20% of the purchase price will apply.
