You can return most products for a refund or credit within 30 days of delivery; however, all sales for pool tables and shuffleboard tables are final upon the mutual "release" and shipment of your pool table order from our facility. We do not release orders without verbal or written consent. Return shipping costs do apply to the customer, as the customer is responsible for the return shipment, and the item must be in its original condition and packaging to be accepted for a return.
