Shipping Details:

Free shipping is included with the purchase of this product.

Delivery is provided via residential liftgate service to a ground-level location, typically a driveway, porch, or garage entrance. The product will arrive in its original packaging.

This service does not include inside delivery, unpacking, assembly, or setup. The delivery driver is not responsible for bringing the product inside the home or garage or assisting with unpacking or assembly.

Please inspect your shipment carefully before the driver departs. If the packaging or merchandise shows any signs of damage:

  • Take clear photos of the packaging and any visible damage.
  • Note the damage on the delivery paperwork provided by the driver.
  • Refuse the shipment if damage is evident.

Assembly Details:

This table tennis unit requires assembly. Detailed instructions are included to assist with the assembly process.

Warranty Details:

Imperial warrants this product to be free from manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship for a period of one (1) year from the original date of delivery.

This product is designed and intended for residential, single-family use only. Commercial use is not covered under this warranty and will void the warranty.

To keep your product looking its best, we recommend the following care:

  • Avoid using abrasive materials, harsh chemicals, or household cleaners, as they may damage the finish.

Return/Refund/Cancellation Policy:

Returns & Refunds

  • Most products may be returned for a refund or store credit within 30 days of delivery, provided the product is unused, in its original condition, and in its original packaging.
  • Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. Products that are not returned in their original condition and packaging may not be eligible for a refund or credit.

Order Cancellations

  • Orders may be canceled at no charge before tracking information has been assigned and emailed to the customer.
  • Once tracking information has been issued, a late cancellation fee equal to 20% of the purchase price will apply.
