Imperial Accessories
Imperial accessory products are warranted to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of one (1) year from the original date of purchase. If an accessory is found to have a manufacturing defect during the warranty period, Imperial will replace the item at no charge, subject to the terms of this warranty.

Imperial Cues
Imperial cues are warranted to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for the lifetime of the cue, subject to the following terms:

• This warranty applies only to Imperial cues purchased directly from Imperial or from an authorized Imperial retailer.
• The warranty applies to the original purchaser only and is not transferable. Products purchased secondhand are not covered.
• Cues determined to have a covered manufacturing defect will be repaired or replaced, at Imperial’s discretion, with the same model or a product of comparable value at no charge.
• This warranty covers manufacturing defects only and does not cover damage resulting from misuse, mishandling, abuse, improper care, or unauthorized modifications or aftermarket products.
• Cue warpage is not covered under this warranty, as warpage may result from improper storage or environmental conditions.

Proper care and storage will help maintain the appearance and performance of your billiard accessories.

• Cue Storage: Store cues at normal room temperatures, ideally between 65°F and 75°F. Avoid extreme changes in temperature or humidity, as these conditions may cause the wood to expand, contract, or warp.
• Cue Racks: When storing cues in a rack, make sure they are positioned straight and upright to help prevent warping. Wall-mounted cue racks should be installed on an interior wall, away from significant temperature and humidity fluctuations.
• Travel & Extended Storage: For travel or long-term storage, use a protective cue case. Two-piece cues should be disassembled and stored securely in the case. When appropriate, allow for some airflow during extended storage.
• Billiard Balls: After play, wipe billiard balls with a clean microfiber cloth to remove dust, chalk, and residue. Store them in a ball rack or protective case when not in use to keep them clean and help promote a smooth, consistent roll during play.

Returns/Refunds

Most products may be returned for a refund or store credit within 30 days of delivery, provided the product is unused, in its original condition, and in its original packaging.

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. Products that are not returned in their original condition and packaging may not be eligible for a refund or credit.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled at no charge before tracking information has been assigned and emailed to the customer.

Once tracking information has been issued, a late cancellation fee equal to 20% of the purchase price will apply.
