Imperial warrants its billiard cloth to be free from manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship for a period of one (1) year from the original date of purchase.

Proper care will help maintain a clean, smooth playing surface and extend the life of your billiard cloth. Dust, chalk, lint, and other debris can accumulate over time, so we recommend the following:

• Brushing & Vacuuming: Using a brush specifically designed for billiard cloth, gently brush the playing surface to remove debris, paying particular attention to the areas beneath the rails and around the pockets. Periodically vacuum the cloth using a soft-bristled brush attachment to help remove chalk and dust that can settle into the cloth and accumulate beneath the surface. Avoid applying excessive pressure or using strong suction directly on the cloth.
• Keep Your Table Covered: We strongly recommend using a pool table cover whenever the table is not in use. Keeping the table covered helps protect the cloth from dust, pet hair, airborne particles, spills, and other debris while helping extend the life of the playing surface.

Returns/Refunds

Most products may be returned for a refund or store credit within 30 days of delivery, provided the product is unused, in its original condition, and in its original packaging.

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. Products that are not returned in their original condition and packaging may not be eligible for a refund or credit.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled at no charge before tracking information has been assigned and emailed to the customer.

Once tracking information has been issued, a late cancellation fee equal to 20% of the purchase price will apply.
