• Packaging removal is not included.
• We deliver and install within the contiguous United States only.

Professional installation is required for this pool table and is available at a reduced rate of $399 with your purchase. Installation will be completed by a trained professional technician to ensure your table is properly assembled, leveled, and ready for play.

Within two business days of your purchase, a member of the Imperial team will contact you to begin coordinating delivery and installation.

Certain delivery locations or installation requirements may be subject to additional fees. Any additional charges will be communicated and approved prior to the release and shipment of your pool table.

Imperial® warrants that your pool table will be free from manufacturer defects in materials and workmanship for
the lifetime of the original owner, under normal residential use.

Covered Components:

• Table Structure (Cabinet, Legs, Interior Bracing, Hardwood Rails & Blinds): Covered against splitting, cracking, or warping.
• Cushion Rubber: Covered against separation, dry rot, or hardening. Replacement cushion rubber will be provided at no charge; installation and labor are not included.
  
  What We Will Do: Imperial® and/or HB Home®, or an authorized service provider, will repair or replace defective parts at our discretion, based on a reasonable evaluation of the issue.

Additional Notes:

• This warranty covers parts only; service and labor may vary by situation.
• Re-leveling is not included after the initial successful installation.

Important Usage Limitation:

• These tables are designed for residential, single-family use only.
• Commercial use is not supported.
• If installed in a commercial setting, a signed waiver is required, and the warranty will be voided.

Proper care will help preserve the appearance, performance, and longevity of your pool table. We recommend the following:

• Wood Surfaces: Dust regularly with a soft, dry cloth. Avoid abrasive materials, harsh chemicals, or household cleaners, as they may damage the wood finish.
• Protect Your Table: When the table is not in use, particularly for extended periods, we recommend using a pool table cover to help protect the playing surface from dust, pet hair, spills, and accidental damage.
• Playing Surface: Brush the cloth periodically using a pool table brush, which is often included in a pool table accessory kit. Always brush in one direction to help keep the nap of the cloth uniform and maintain consistent play. A lint roller may also be used as needed to remove dust or pet hair, particularly on darker cloth colors.
• Cushion Rubber: Imperial pool tables feature all-natural K66 cushion rubber. Because natural rubber gradually hardens with age, cushion performance may decrease over time. Depending on climate, humidity, and normal use, cushion rubber typically has an expected lifespan of approximately 10–15 years before replacement may be necessary.

Pool table orders may be modified or canceled prior to shipment. Once an order has been approved for release and shipped from our facility, the sale is considered final.
