• This collection includes White Glove Delivery and Professional Installation at no additional cost.
• Within two business days of purchase, a representative from Imperial® and/or HB Home® will contact you via email, phone, and/or text to coordinate delivery and installation.
• Please note: delivery is typically a two-step process (delivery followed by a scheduled installation appointment).
• Installation is completed by a trained professional in your room of choice.
• Packaging removal is not included.
• We deliver and install within the contiguous United States only.
• Certain delivery conditions (e.g., no garage or covered area, difficult access) may require additional fees, which will be communicated for approval prior to shipment.

Professional installation is required for this shuffleboard table and is available at a reduced rate of $299 with your purchase. Installation will be completed by a trained professional technician to ensure your table is properly assembled, leveled, and ready for play.

Within two business days of your purchase, a member of the Imperial team will contact you to begin coordinating delivery and installation.

Certain delivery locations or installation requirements may be subject to additional fees. Any additional charges will be communicated and approved prior to the release and shipment of your shuffleboard table.

Imperial warrants your shuffleboard table to be free from manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship under the following terms:

• Cabinet: The cabinet is warranted against cracking, splitting, or warping for a period of one (1) year from the original date of delivery.
• Playfield: The shuffleboard playfield is warranted to the original purchaser for the lifetime of the product against manufacturing defects that result in chipping or cracking.
• Re-Leveling: This warranty does not include re-leveling or adjustments to the shuffleboard table following the successful completion of the original installation.

Important Usage Limitation:

• These tables are designed for residential, single-family use only.
• Commercial use is not supported.

If installed in a commercial setting, a signed waiver is required, and the warranty will be voided.

Proper care will help preserve the appearance, performance, and longevity of your shuffleboard table. We recommend the following:

• Cabinet: Dust regularly with a soft, dry cloth. Avoid abrasive materials, harsh chemicals, or household cleaners, as they may damage the finish.
• Protective Cover: Use the protective cover included with your shuffleboard table when it is not in use to help protect the table and playing surface from dust and accidental damage.
• Playing Surface: Keep the playfield lightly covered with shuffleboard sand to help protect the surface and promote smooth, consistent gameplay.
• Periodic Maintenance: Every 3–6 months, we recommend cleaning the playfield with an appropriate silicone spray, followed by an application of standard car wax. This helps protect the playing surface and minimize the appearance of small imperfections that may develop over time.
