The table is boxed in a solid Pine outer cabinet and the interior is upholstered with a black bonded leather. The playfield is butcher blocked in heavy 3” thick poplar with tongue-and-groove joints for superior life and alignment. The Industrial Shuffleboard has levelling climatic adjusters so your board can always be properly adjusted. Multiple scoring systems make for a relaxing challenge for beginner or advanced players. The polymer-coated field will withstand years of use without dulling or scratching. This product comes complete with 8 pucks, shuffleboard sand, a table cover, and a sand brush. From the time of making your purchase to installation of the shuffleboard table, the process typically takes 5-6 weeks. However, timely responses to our communications seeking delivery details after your purchase can help reduce that timeline.
Shipping Information:
Free Delivery and White Glove Installation are included in your purchase, although those steps may happen at different times. Within two business days of your purchase, a representative from Imperial will contact you to coordinate the delivery and professional installation of your shuffleboard table. Your shipment will be delivered into your garage or the nearest covered area by a specialty freight carrier, who will communicate with you throughout the delivery process. Extraordinary delivery requirements, such as the absence of a garage or protected covered area may necessitate an additional fee to the carrier, which will be communicated to you prior to acceptance of any additional fees. We also provide professional, White Glove Installation of the shuffleboard table by a trained expert, although that may happen at a seperate time from delivery of the table, depending on your home address. Delivery does not include disposal of packaging. Delivery and White Glove Installation is only offered within the contiguous United States
Assembly Information:
This Shuffleboard Table requires professional installation, which is included with your purchase and will be performed by a trained professional as part of our White Glove Installation. Within two business days of your purchase, a representative from Imperial will contact you to begin to coordinate the delivery and professional installation of your shuffleboard table. Some delivery locations may require additional installation fees, these will be advised prior to the release and shipment of the shuffleboard table.
Warranty Details:
- Imperial warrants the cabinet of the Shuffleboard Table to be free of manufacturer defects in material and workmanship under the following conditions to the original owner:
- Cabinet: Warranted against cracking, splitting or warping for one year from the original delivery of the table
- Play Field: Imperial warrants the shuffleboard playfield to be free of manufacturer defects in workmanship and material for the lifetime of the original owner from chipping or cracking
- This warranty does not include re-leveling of the shuffleboard table after the successful original installation of the shuffleboard table
- Our products are intended for single-family, residential use only. Any setting beyond those parameters voids the warranty for this product
Care & Maintenance
- We recommend dusting the cabinet with a soft, dry cloth periodically.
- To protect the finish of the cabinet, do not apply abrasives or household cleaners.
- We recommend keeping the shuffleboard playfield covered lightly with shuffleboard sand to help protect the surface and to enable smoother, better performance game play
- Imperial recommends cleaning the playfield surface with a silicone spray and then applying standard car wax to the surface every 3-6 months. The car wax process provides protection to the playfield surface and will help fill any small imperfections in the play field that occur over time.
Return, Refund, Cancellation Policy:
All sales are final upon the mutual "release" and shipment of your shuffleboard table order from our distribution center. We do not release orders without verbal or written consent.
